good luck with your cycle bro.
what brands of test and dbol are you running, if you don't mind me asking? What are your goals for this cycle?

I am running OXIDE testo and Br. Dispensary pink dbols. For goals I am just trying to gain more over all size. Chest are rear delts/traps are priorities, however.

Just trained some shoulders.

standing barbell press - 140 x 4 (I'm a weak presser)
dumbbell side laterals - 55's x 7
upright row - 185 x 5
dumbbell rear laterals on an incline bench - 55's x 12
that's interesting cause you have big numbers, but the press is not that big, I am the same way. I can barely press 135 or 155 standing barbell for a few reps at best. but I can bench almost 300 and dead over 400 and pretty good with most others too.

I can't bench press or shoulder press for shit dude. Deads the most I have pulled is 455. I don't use straps or a belt. I feel like a pussy struggling to bench 225 or standing press 135 tho hahah

Here's last nights shoulder session

Standing Barbell Press ~ 150 x 6 (still weak as shit on these )
Barbell Upright Rows ~ 185 x 4
Dumbbell Side Laterals ~ 50's x 10
Rear Dumbbell Laterals on an Incline bench ~ 95's x 12

Then I did one super high rep set on a shoulder press machine with 180lbs to kinda tie it all together.

Hell yeah man!!

those shoulders are awsome! I have a hard time getting my shoulders to grow, I consider them my weakest body part as far as looks go.

Thanks man. Yo, as far as getting shoulders to grow, for a long time I did not do any over head pressing. Upright rows and side laterals were the moves. I think those two exercises are key. I also started with rear delts first as they are an area that pretty much everyone is lacking right from the start.
