    I have used EK four times now and no trouble what so ever with them.Everything looks great which is a big help for me because I know alot of the ladies that works at the post where I live.Thanks EK for the great service!!

    Yes I have made a ticket several weeks ago. Was basically told not to bother until it had been 30 days after the expected delivery date. That's this coming monday.

    Was told its being reshipped but I had to place another order and try a different product because DP is still out for 2 weeks. Customer service is top notch so far.

    I had a short problem with a line they carry and let them know about it through a ticket. Two days later and now it's fixed. Super great customer service!!! I to will be a customer for life!

    I have ordered 2 packages from them in the past. The first one was placed almost three months ago with no letter or package. The second one came in a reasonable time and was packaged correctly. Customer service is top-notch. Today I received the replacement package from the one that never came. I was supposed to receive GenShi but got Opiox Pharma instead. Sucks because I already have some GenShi on hand and this was going to complete my next cycle. But I don’t mind mixing it up a little. I am sure if it mattered enough I could open a ticket and they would hook me up no problem.

    BOTOME LINE:

    EK is g2g
