What I cannot actually get is how the heck you obtained such big guns, I've tried a lot of methods and some of them worked, but I'm still way distant from tghe 20" mark

i got very strong on pressing movements and rowing movements.

What weight are you moving on presses, deads etc?

    thats what makes em grow.

Heres a good question, what are you curling right now on your main bicep exercise? What were you curling lasty year? If it hasn't changed dramatically, change the exercise and become strong on the new one. When you can't make gains there switch to a new one. Eventually you will end up back at your old one and start abit lower than when you stopped but you will progress beyond.

Chuck, go to wwww.intensemuscle.com and check out dc training. It works wonders when we get set in opur ways. Just my 2 cents

I don't know if anyone remembers or knows Bill Grant, he's around 60 ish as well and unbelievable. More so than even Zane...yet, Zane has always been a favorite simply because similar body styles...yet, I am no Zane..hopefully for my 54th BD in July, I'll post a picture. It's going to take me that long to figure out how to upload direct from my PC..

    stupid technology mumble, mumble.

I keep rotating the exercises for my arms, I just change the schedule when I don't feel the pumps anymore so that tells me it's time to change.
Weight and strength increase as long as I keep doing short reps, but loads are however too little compared to what I lift with pecs and back.

i honestly don't worry about the pump unless i am doing the fst-7 at the end of my heavy movement. I just worry about moving more weight on the exercise or get more reps than i did the workout prior(beat the logbook). As long as i do that they seem to keep growing and for me, the harder i hit chest and deadlifts, the bigger my arms seem to get. My triceps are small compared to my biceps and i feel that it is because i ripped my pec tendon and cannot go AS HEAVY on chest as i might like.
