I've been having issues with the ticket system. I'm not sure I'm utilizing it properly. This is in regards to order 3539. These are the steps I follow; tell me if this is correct.
1) I open my ticket and click on post reply
2) Type my message in
3) Then under upload files I click on choose file, followed by uploading the desired file from my removable storage device.
This is where the problem starts. The file being uploaded is a word doc. with the 4 different parts of the customs letter which is 22,478 KB in size. Is this to big or is it that the system can't load word docs. Should I take a digital pic and then attach files this way or what do you suggest.

I was banned by notsobig, my name is hammerthrow. I was wondering if you could overturn it since he was harrassing me, censoring me, etc... I have done nothing wrong and would hate for your board to be known as a board where people are censored and edited! If people know that censorship takes place on your board it will hurt your business since they will wonder what else is being censored and wonder how legit it really is. If you look at my posts and notsobigs posts you will see that I have done nothing wrong and he is abusing his authority. thank you
