Cool 1st cycle, any advice is greatly appreciate it...

Hey guys this will be my first cycle, i just finally got all my stuff and will be starting at the biggining of next month. Any advice, help, comments are greatly appreciated it thanks...

WEEKS 1-4 D-BOL BLUEHEARTS 60MG, 2TABS/3X A DAY
WEEKS 1-12 TEST ENANTHATE IRANIS 500MG/WEEK
WEEKS 5-12 PROVIRON 50MG/ED
WEEKS 4-12 NOLVADEX 25MG/ED
WEEKS 11&12 D-BOL 60MG 2TABS/3X A DAY
WEEKS 13-18 PCT CLOMID AND NOLVADEX


like i mentioned before any advice is greatly appreciated, for any one who is intrested my stats are: 23yrs old, 5'11, have been training hard for 5 years, hovering around 205 body fat last checked about a month ago it was under 10%...

this will be my first cycle, im looking to start bulking up and getting up with the big boys... thanks in advance to everyone....

Looks Good to me
Best advice I can give is concentrate on getting the protein In each and every day. First one is always the best so give it 100% and a guy with the size and stats that you already have should be looking damn good three months from now. Should be able to gain 20-30lbs and have the "ON" look

Start pct in week 14 not 13. Pct begins 2 weeks after last test e shot not 1 week after. Other than that looks gtg & good luck brotha

Thanks alot appreciate the advice, my diet is pretty damm near spot on,clean year round. have been adding a lilttle more fat and carbs then i usually do to put on some size and im talking in around 550 grams of protein a day, and the other supplements... cant wait to see where i end up in 4 months...

60mg is a pretty hefty dose of dbol, and seeing as this is your first cycle and you're 205, it might be a bit much. 30 or 40mg at most would do well in my opinion.

so 40 mg per day would be a better idea? is this reasoning behind the idea of how toxic an alpha 17 compound like dbol is? or is there another reason? also with a dosage of 30mg should be spreading the dosage or just pop them before mywork out? thanks for info/replies....

well I'm not a big fan of oral steroids in general, but they do serve their place. if you're set on using dbol then it's a very good choice over anadrol for an oral as far as gains relative to side effects go. 30mg should be pleanty to see some good gains with limited sides and it's your first time with the compound so you can see how you respond. I've heard from a fair amount of guys that taking dbol pre-workout is great, but just be weary of lower back pumps as they can be intense and end up hindering your workout. drink water! water! water!

thats what ive heard as well, im planning on taking 20mg pre work out and spreding the other tabs through out the day to try and keep blood levels somewhat constant... thanks for the advise swacked much appreciate it...
