    Default First Cycle Log - 12wk Test E/Dbol

    So, first cycle here. Been reading up on this shit since I was like 16 (I'm 21 now) and I feel confident that I know what I'm doing.

    Stats/Diet:
    • Age: 21 (I'm a bit young, but I'm experienced and very committed to training and have done my homework)
    • Height: 61
    • Weight: 205 lbs
    • Experience: 6 years total, the first year of which was mostly inexperienced high school bullshit
    • About 4000 cals a day, dont really count calories but I eat pretty clean
    • Water Intake: about 1.5 gallons per day

    Cycle:
    • 1-12 Test E 250mgx2 ew (Opiox Pharma Enantox)
    • 1-5 Dbol 40mg ed (blue hearts)
    • 3-12 Hcg 250iux2 ew
    PCT:
    • 14-17 Nolva 20mg ed
    • 14-17 Clomid 50mg ed

    Goals:
    • Weight: Current = 205lbs / Post Cycle = 220 lbs KEPT
    • BF %: Current = ? / Post Cycle = 10-12% (Bod pod will determine these values) (PC value subject to change depending on what Im at currently)
    • Bench Press: Current = 315x3, 335x1 / Post Cycle = 365x3, 405x1
    • Deadlift: Current = 455x1 / Post Cycle = 545x1
    • Squat: Current = 365x1 / Post Cycle = 455x1
    • Shoulder Press: Current = 205x1 / Post Cycle = 275x1
    • These are very loose goals. I could end up surpassing some and not getting anywhere close on others (hopefully not all though). We will see how I react.
    WO Split:
    • Monday - Legs - Squat, 45* Leg Press, Leg Extensions, Leg curls, Calf Raises
    • Tuesday - Chest - BB Flat Bench, BB Incline Bench, Cable Flys
    • Wednesday - OFF
    • Thursday - Back - Deadlift, BB Row, Lat Pulldown, DB Row (single arm), Back Raises
    • Friday - Tri/Bi - Close Grip Bench, Dips (weighted), Skull crushers, Pushdowns, EZ or Straight bar curls, Hammer curls, Preacher curls
    • Saturday - Shoulders/Traps - BB Shoulder Press (seated), DB shoulder press, Upright Row, Lateral Raise, BB shrug, DB Rear Delt Flys
    • Sunday - OFF

    Did my first pin ever yesterday morning, 1ml Enantox in my left thigh. Also took 10mg Dbol (dosing every 4 or so hours). Everything went well, very little pain initially.

    Was going to lift legs as per my WO split, but the injection soreness was getting a bit too intense. I decided to just do chest instead. Excellent lift! Probably a huge placebo effect but I was up in reps on all my lifts. Only shitty part was having to kick up a 100lb db with my sore leg for incline bench.

    BB Flat Bench - 275 x 6, 275 x 5, 245 x 8, 225 x 8
    DB Incline Bench - 100s x 5, 85s x 8, 75s x 12, 75s x 9
    Cable Flys - 60 x 12, 60 x 10, 50 x 12, 50 x 10

    Unfortunately the euphoria of a good chest pump was short lived. On the 1 mile walk home from my campus gym, the injection soreness hit me like a fucking bus. I found myself barely able to walk home. It only continued to get worse as the night wore on, until I literally couldn't walk. There was some minor, but definitely noticeable, swelling. No fever to report, and I generally felt good other than the excruciating soreness. Decided to just relax and hopefully let a good nights sleep remedy the pain. Woke up this morning with only limited improvement. I can walk slowly, but it is still extremely painful. I am somewhat worried though, is this normal? Am I simply very sensitive, this being my first IM and AAS shot ever. Is there something in the Enantox that I could be reacting to? EO possibly?

    I have a stash of Opiox but haven't tried it yet. Some people are more sensitive than others are to gear but this should subside over time. You do look like you have done your homework and I look forward to your results.
    Just keep at it bro and post before and after’s if possible.

    I pin 3ml twice a week. I use to get some pretty bad pain. Best thing I have found to do is run the pin under hot water for a few minutes before pinning. Take your time while pinning. Go easy with it brother. I use to slam the shit out of my gear and it only causes problems. After pinning massage the injection site with the palm of your hand. (Clean hands of course) really work that gear into your muscle tissue. I usually do that for a good 5-10 minutes. Sometimes ill even lay of a heat pad for awhile. The more you can do the better.

    Thanks for all the support fellas.

    I think I just gotta go a bit slower next time, and seriously massage the spot.

    Regrettably, my leg is still too sore for me to be able to go hard at the gym so I took off today. Hopefully I can do something not involving legs tomorrow. Maybe move Shoulders/Traps for this week...we'll see how it feels tomorrow. I'm not to worried about fucking up my split this week since I'm just starting this out.

    Before pics taken yesterday. I'm super white and hold water easier than most so my definition is harder to see. Camera phone pics so not the greatest quality.







    My arms are obviously my strong point. It's genetic, I've always had them. My chest and shoulders need work. Abs definitely could be better, especially the stubborn "love handle" area. Other than that, leaning out some and getting bigger everywhere are good enough goals for me. Not into this for looks alone, I like the strength aspect better.

    Sounds like you did your shot in your quad, generally not a good place to shoot as most people are sensitive to it. Look up how to do glute and ventro glute injections www.spotinjections.com is a decent site for learning how to do these things.

    Another thing I would really recommend, thanks GT for this one, is the minute after you inject down a very large glass of water maybe even 2. I had been having a hard time lately with injections and kept getting lumps. GT suggested chugging a large glass of water immediately post injection and voila. No injection pain even in sensitive areas (Triceps, Biceps, etc).

    Its obvious you've been training. I think you'll grow well with gear. First time I pinned my quad it was a disasters. I was doing a front load and slammed 2ml HG test e in my left quad. I walked into class that night and nearly crawled out of the building. It was some of the worst pain I've ever felt. I also had flu like symptoms which didn't help at all. I was bed ridden for days. Horrible. Now I tend to stay away from quad unless its a small dose like 100mg tren a. Stick to the glutes and I think you'll do just fine. Just remember to take your time. I only apply a little bit of pressure to the plunger and take a short break every half ml. What kind of food are you eating? Any supplements?

    Sounds like glute tomorrow morning is the way to go. I was nervous about doing it there for some reason, but anything to avoid that killer soreness I had for 2 days. I'll try to down a couple shakers of water, as per your recommendation northern, to see if that helps my sensitivity.

    On that note, I'm happy to report my soreness and swelling has lessened considerably. I felt good walking to and from class and even hit Shoulders/Traps today with hardly any pain. Here's how the workout went:

    BB Shoulder Press (seated) - 185 x 6, 185 x 5, 155 x 8, 155 x 6
    DB Shoulder Press (seated) - 80s x 10, 80s x 8, 70s x 11, 70s x 9
    BB Upright Row - 185 x 10, 185 x 8, 185 x 8, 155 x 12
    DB Lateral Raise - 45s x 10, 45s x 8, 40s x 10, 40s x 8
    Hammer Strength Shoulder Press - Burnout
    BB Shrug - 405 x 12, 405 x 12, 405 x 12, 365 x 15, 315 x 20, 225 x 25
    Rear Delt Flys - 35 x 12, 30 x 8, 25 x 10

    No serious gains there. Maybe up a couple reps on DB press and Upright row, but nothing extraordinary. Waiting for the Dbol to really kick in, soon hopefully. Kinda gyno paranoid though, had it when I was a kid (not aas related whatsoever) and ended up having surgery for it because it looked fucking awful. Anyway the surgeon who did it left some gland under my right nip for whatever reason, which I initially was told was just scar tissue and would go away, but it never did and it's still around. Not a huge deal and barely noticeable most of the time (you can see what I mean in the second pic I posted, although the lighting makes it look worse than it is). Hopefully the adex does it's job and keeps that shit under control.

    My Diet floats around this basic schedule:
    9:00am - 10g BCAA upon waking
    9:30am - 4 whole eggs w/ 3 egg whites scrambled, 2 pieces canadian bacon, and about a cup of vanilla greek yogurt mixed with about a 1/2 cup of high protein granola
    12:00pm - Protein Shake (1 scoop Myofusion), banana w/ nutella spread
    2:00pm - Chicken or Beef or Pork, rice (whole grain brown) or pasta (also whole grain), a cup or so of veggies (green beans or broccoli usually)
    4:30pm - 1 scoop Green Magnitude creatine
    5:00pm - 2 scoops White Flood preworkout, apple
    6:30pm or 7:00pm - 2 scoops Torrent w/ 1 scoop of myofusion post workout, banana, hand full of almonds
    8:00pm - Chicken or Beef or Pork, rice (whole grain brown) or pasta (also whole grain), a cup or so of veggies (green beans or broccoli usually)
    10:30pm - Chicken or Beef or Pork, rice (whole grain brown) or pasta (also whole grain), a cup or so of veggies (green beans or broccoli usually)
    12:00pm - Bedtime protein shake (1 scoop Myofusion)

    Sometimes I go out to eat for a meal but basically that's it. Can't always stomach the second meal at 10:30 so that gets skipped occasionally. I do try to fit another full meal in before my workouts so I don't have to slam food at night, but class usually interferes. Any and all suggestions for improvement welcome!

    Do you have any idea what your macro's for this are? Only reason I ask is it kind of seems light food wise. What do you weigh at the moment?

    My macros are around 35% protein, 25% fat, and 40% carbs with 4100 calories. That is according to fitday. And my body weight first thing in the morning after I pee is 205. It's stayed constant for a couple months.

    Did my second pin today. Used the glute and it was awesome. Zero pain, minimal soreness. Lifted back today. Did deadlift really heavy.

    Deadlift - 405 x 6, 455 x 1, 425 x 3, 365 x 8

    Hitting bis/tris tomorrow, then resting up over the weekend for legs on monday. Next week I should be back to my normal split

    I actually like pinning quads but I'm one of the few. The first couple times I ever pinned them though.... holy shit were they sore! They felt like I did widowmaker sets on squats. They hurt just to move at all, and walking on them sucked! But after a couple times each side, they got used to it and now I don't even feel any PIP in my quads. I have a sweet spot also so that my rectus femoris pops out when I flex my quads. I've got a similar sweet spot/angle on my delts to make the medial head pop out a little bit
