So, first cycle here. Been reading up on this shit since I was like 16 (I'm 21 now) and I feel confident that I know what I'm doing.
Stats/Diet:
- Age: 21 (I'm a bit young, but I'm experienced and very committed to training and have done my homework)
- Height: 6’1”
- Weight: 205 lbs
- Experience: 6 years total, the first year of which was mostly inexperienced high school bullshit
- About 4000 cals a day, don’t really count calories but I eat pretty clean
- Water Intake: about 1.5 gallons per day
Cycle:
PCT:
- 1-12 Test E 250mgx2 ew (Opiox Pharma Enantox)
- 1-5 Dbol 40mg ed (blue hearts)
- 3-12 Hcg 250iux2 ew
- 14-17 Nolva 20mg ed
- 14-17 Clomid 50mg ed
Goals:
WO Split:
- Weight: Current = 205lbs / Post Cycle = 220 lbs KEPT
- BF %: Current = ? / Post Cycle = 10-12% (Bod pod will determine these values) (PC value subject to change depending on what I’m at currently)
- Bench Press: Current = 315x3, 335x1 / Post Cycle = 365x3, 405x1
- Deadlift: Current = 455x1 / Post Cycle = 545x1
- Squat: Current = 365x1 / Post Cycle = 455x1
- Shoulder Press: Current = 205x1 / Post Cycle = 275x1
- These are very loose goals. I could end up surpassing some and not getting anywhere close on others (hopefully not all though). We will see how I react.
- Monday - Legs - Squat, 45* Leg Press, Leg Extensions, Leg curls, Calf Raises
- Tuesday - Chest - BB Flat Bench, BB Incline Bench, Cable Flys
- Wednesday - OFF
- Thursday - Back - Deadlift, BB Row, Lat Pulldown, DB Row (single arm), Back Raises
- Friday - Tri/Bi - Close Grip Bench, Dips (weighted), Skull crushers, Pushdowns, EZ or Straight bar curls, Hammer curls, Preacher curls
- Saturday - Shoulders/Traps - BB Shoulder Press (seated), DB shoulder press, Upright Row, Lateral Raise, BB shrug, DB Rear Delt Flys
- Sunday - OFF
